Complete Exterior Paint Upgrade

HUB was called in to pressure wash, make masonry repairs, and paint the facade of the building. Our client chose to use an elastomeric paint to also provide waterproofing protection while making this cometic upgrade. Our team worked delicately around the first floor retail tenants, including doctors offices and restaurantes, who had varying operating hours. Despite the logistical challenges of painting a building in the city, this project was completed in just two weeks.
